Crossroads is an elder-led church, according to the teaching of the New Testament. We have a plurality of elders who oversee the spiritual needs of the congregation. We also have a deaconate who oversee the various physical needs of the body.
Each of the elders (pastors) shares equal standing and authority in the church and have been voted in by the congregation. The elders primarily focus on the spiritual needs of the body. Our deacons serve our church by giving attention to various physical needs in the life of the church. The deacons have been voted in by the contregation as well.
