The apostle Paul describes Government as God's servant in Romans 13. The authority of Government comes from God and he defines the purpose and limits of governmental authority.

Government: God's Servant, Part 2
Romans 13 describes our the responsibility of every person to submit to the government. The ruling authorities are instituted by God and we will be held accountable by God for how we lived in subjection to them. But does that mean we should never disobey government? Clearly there are times when Christians must obey God rather than men. This sermon addresses both our duty to submit to government and our duty, at times, to disobey the government.
